1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed through our website or authorized agents.

Payments are processed securely via Paymob, ensuring full compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Upon successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation email with booking details.
2. Cancellation by the Customer

More than 48 hours before the excursion: Full refund.

24–48 hours before the excursion: 50% refund.

Less than 24 hours before the excursion or no-show: No refund.
3. Cancellation by Arabian Day

In the rare event of cancellation due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participants, a full refund will be issued.

We may offer rescheduling options subject to availability.
4. Refund Process

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method through Paymob.

Please allow up to 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Customers must provide proof of payment and booking confirmation for any refund request.
5. Modifications to Bookings

Customers may request to reschedule their excursion at least 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
